How does it work?
Within 15 days of receipt of the product if you are unsatisfied with the product and want to return it then simply raise a return request from our page/Email/Chat with our customer care team and inform regarding the same.
The customer care team will arrange a return shipment for you (Please send the original packaging, Invoice & the product in this shipment)
Post receiving the return package our Quality Assurance team will check the product.
After the returned product is approved by our team we go ahead and transfer the complete purchase amount to you.
Do remember the return shipping charges are borne by us so don't worry about that.
Please Note:
Customized Jewellery (including personalized/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 15-Day returns.
Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the return policy.
The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice to be covered under the return policy.

We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders. International orders are chargeable as per location.
It takes 3-5 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.
All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer and will be updated on the order details post-Dispatch.
Express Delivery will be additionally charged.
24-hour delivery available for select locations only, kindly confirm before placing order.
Any order placed before 5pm IST will be eligible for 24-hour delivery.
Handling:
Products are dispatched within 8- 10 days of order placement from our warehouse.
In case of customized Orders where product of a particular size is not readily available, we have a 10-day handling time.
